Lawrence Jossett (1910-1995), a collection of ten circular watercolour studies of birds, comprising: Florida Jay, Broad-winged Hawk, Ground Dove, Blue Grosbeak, Song Sparrow, Ultramarine Jay, Spotted Woodpecker, Turtle Doves, Flycatcher and Baltimore Oriole, each 15cm diameter, (10). (These were the rejected designs, produced through Mr Alex Dickens, publisher, in conjunction with Royal Worcester, for a limited-edition of service plates painted with birds taken from Audubon's Birds of America).
